Immigration Integration Conversations and Concert

In celebration of the works of Arna Rennan and Leila Rastegar, the Cultural Center presents conversations on women’s global identity in connection with social integration and the immigrant experience, and a concert featuring traditional Norwegian music.

Meet Curator Jill Johnson at her welcoming and poetry reading. Then learn, discuss, ponder, and question the talk, “Issues in Global Women’s Equality,” facilitated by Cultural Center Program Coordinator Susan Kay.

Draw the curtain on an evocative evening with exhibiting artist Arna Rennan’s musical selections, playing the overtone flute and a Northern European dulcimer called the langeleik.

Refreshments will be served.

Admission is free and open to all. Friday April 1st at 7:30pm in the Cultural Center main gallery.

Cultural Center Gallery hours are Wednesdays and Thursdays 10am-7pm, Fridays 10am-5pm, and Saturdays 10am-3pm.
