Students are guided in gaining flexibility, strength, and calmness of mind by moving through yoga poses in a smooth and flowing manner. Breath is the foundation of yoga and emphasis is on linking breath with movement to build inner heat to aid in cleansing the body of toxins, leading to balanced health mentally, physically, energetically and emotionally. Class ends with a 10 minute guided relaxation or meditation bringing you to a centered peaceful state. Each class is unique and both beginner & advanced options for yoga poses are offered. Dress comfortably and please bring your own mat!
