A warm THANK YOU to all of our shoppers and supporters for a great holiday 2012 season! We finished off the year with a successful Artists’ Bazaar and Stock-Up Sale, and we are excited about everything that we have planned for 2013.
The Gift Shop serves several important roles, including sustainable funding of Cultural Center programming, expanding the economic opportunities of regional artists by providing a sales outlet for their artwork, and sourcing interesting, unique, and relevant goods, most notably in the realm of Scandinavian glass, foods, and candies.
Since re-opening on February 1st, we have been working on re-stocking our shelves with both tried & true favorites (think Panda Finnish black licorice and iittala Ultima Thula) and fun new finds (including iittala Sarjaton glasses pictured below far left).
