About
the Regional Cultural Center
 The
New York Mills Regional Cultural Center is an innovative non-profit organization
dedicated to expanding the cultural and creative opportunities of rural
Americans. Founded by John Davis, the Center has been recognized as a national model for rural
communities by using the arts as an economic development tool, demonstrating
that living in a rural community doesn't need to mean living in cultural
and intellectual isolation.
