The goal of these youth ballet classes is to instill a love of movement and dance in children. Young dancers will learn basic ballet movements in a positive and fun environment. Proper technique is taught through creative dances and imagination.

The structured classes will focus on the basics of gross motor movement including strength, coordination, and flexibility, as well as socialization and group learning. Every class will be a dance adventure of music and movement!

Students will perform a short recital for parents and families at the City Hall during the annual Civic & Commerce Association Community Christmas Tree Festival. The fall performance will take place at the start of the Cultural Center’s fundraiser event on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 in the City Hall Ballroom and will be free to attend and open to all.
