- Progressive wine demonstration by Ron Leasman – in the Prairie Building
- Mexican cooking demonstration – Tamales and Mexican salad at 4pm – in building #4 on the west side of the midway
- El grupo diamante de Mexico – 9:00 pm on the stage south of the Prairie Building
- Todd County Fair in Photographs – all day in the Prairie Building
Saturday
- Progressive wine demonstration by Ron Leasman
- Mexican cooking demonstration – Quesadillas at 4pm – in building #4 on the west side of the midway
- Emerald Kelley “Clockwork Clown” – on the green
- Hispanic Dancers – in the Prairie Building
- Andra Suchy – on the stage next to the Prairie Building
- Gary and Dawn Timbs – on the stage next to the Prairie Building

Sunday

- Mexican cooking demonstration – the secret of mole – 1pm and 4pm – in building #4 on the west side of the midway
