Join us for dinner at the Creamery Saturday August 17th from 5-8 pm
Here is what the menu will look like:
Prix fixe dinner includes choice of soup or salad with bread, one main, two sides, and dessert. (I had to look this one up – it means the opposite of a la carte.) Chef Jan Ellis is preparing dinner for you on Saturday.
Creamy tomato basil soup
Tossed greens salad with citrus vinaigrette or cucumber ranch dressing
Herb focaccia bread
Sides: sauteed summer vegetables, green bean and tomato, herb roasted red potatoes, mushroom risotto, creamed corn
Mains: Vegetable lasagna in a creamy white sauce, Greek meatballs with tomato sauce, or pork Milanese
Desserts: Panna cotta with berries, peach crisp with whipped cream
We’ll have coffee and iced tea, beer and wine for sale too.
