Annual membership levels include:

- Individual $30
- Household $50
- Supporter $120 annually (or $10/mo)
- Patron: $300 annually (or $25/mo)
- Advocate: $600 annually (or $50/mo)
- Visionary: $1,200 annually (or $100/mo)
- Champion: $3,000 annually (or $250/mo)
