In May 2025, we lost long-time board member, sustaining member, bookkeeper, and dear friend Teresa Pederson, following a courageous battle with cancer.

Teresa will always be remembered for her calm demeanor, quick wit, and steady sense of humor in the face of challenges. She brought dedication, integrity, and heart to everything she did—whether managing finances, volunteering her time, or quietly stepping in wherever help was needed to make programs and events successful.

Her impact on the Cultural Center is immeasurable. Teresa played a key role in strengthening our financial stability and improving our internal processes, helping position the organization for success as we move forward into our next 30 years.

We are deeply grateful for Teresa’s years of service, generosity, and friendship. Her spirit and contributions will continue to inspire us. She will be forever missed.
