Elisa Korentayer offers follow up to meditation introduction
In Developing a Meditation Practice, Elisa Korentayer will give participants the tools to practice meditation and the support of a community to get started.
The term meditation refers to a broad variety of practices that includes techniques designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy or life force and can help to improve physical health.
Classes will be held on the following Sundays: November 1, November 8, November 15 and November 22 from 5-7pm. Fee for the series is just $12. Teenagers and up welcome. Participants should bring a cushion or firm pillow or folded blanket to sit on, blanket or towel to rest knees and feet on and a pen for note-taking.
