Music and Crafts with Eva Korentayer!
Wednesday, August 29, 11am-12pm
For Children Age 5 & Under
Free to Attend!

The Cultural Center in New York Mills is happy to host Eva Korentayer for a morning of music and crafts for children ages 5 and under. This lively event will take place on Wednesday, August 29, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Ms. Korentayer will entertain and engage the young students in a story, lead them in movement and help them explore their creative side with a short art project based on butterflies and birds.

Eva was a pre-school teacher for many years and has been involved in many children’s programs along the East Coast. She continues to work as a story teller, fashion designer, designs costume for her local community and loves being involved with any project that allows her to work with her hands. Ms. Korentayer says “she loves to see the rapt attention of young children as they listen to stories and engage in creative play.”

This program is free. Parents are encouraged to stay with their children during the event. Class is limited to 8 children. Please call the Cultural Center at 218-385-3339 to sign up. Drop-ins will be welcome as space allows. Cookies and juice will be served.
