Poetry and Classical Song: A Voice Recital
Wednesday, October 13, 2021 @ 6PM

The first chance to meet Tiffanie is Wednesday, October 13 at 6PM at the Cultural Center.  Join us for an evening that will feature some of the world’s greatest poetic literature in the form of Art Song.

The recital will include the reading and singing of poetry ranging from anonymous 19th-century Spanish poetry to that of the Harlem Renaissance leader and legendary poet, Langston Hughes. The recital will also include the music of French composers, Reynaldo Hahn and Henri Duparc, Spanish composers Manuel de Falla and Fernando Obradors, as well American composer Ricky Ian Gordon, among others.

Open to all and free to attend; donations gratefully accepted to support the artist and the artist residency program. Refreshments provided!

FREE Intro to Voice Workshops:

Saturday, October 23 @ 10:30AM-12PM

Join us as we explore vocal exercises that serve in building the foundation of healthy, sustainable singing! We’ll also explore song preparation and performance basics.
